Principal Activities

Network Foods International Ltd, manages the Network Foods Group of companies, which is engaged in the principal activities of manufacturing confectionery and cocoa based products, marketing and distributing a wide range of food related products for third parties in the Asia Pacific Region.


Manufacturing

    Malaysia

In Malaysia, the Group operates a consumer and industrial chocolate manufacturing plant through Network Foods Industries Sdn Bhd ("NFISB"). Its principal activity is to manufacture consumer chocolate for the Malaysian and regional markets under brand names of "Kandos", "Crispy", "Tudor Gold", "Tango", "Soreign" and "Van Houten".

NFISB exports its chocolates to several countries, including Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand, Pakistan, Mauritius and the Middle East. NFISB also contract-packs private labels for hypermarkets and other customers in the region.


Distribution

The Group distributes its own proprietary brand of chocolate products as well as third party's brands of internationally known and popular food products through its three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Network Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("NFM"), Network Foods (Hong Kong) Limited ("NFHK") and Network Foods Distribution Pte Ltd ("NFD") in Singapore.

    Malaysia

NFM is a confectionery, food and wine distribution company with seven branches in Peninsular Malaysia. NFM distributes "Kandos", "CrispyO", "Van Houten", "Capri-Sonne", "Tango", "Schwartau" amongst many other established brands of food products throughout Malaysia.

 

  Singapore

NFD distributes "Brahim's", "Blue Diamond", "Hwa Tai", "Jammy", "Sunglo" and other food products in Singapore.

 

    Hong Kong

NFHK distributes "Van Houten", "Tango", "Murray", "Famous Amos", "Nekta", "Jammy", "Andes", "Kun Yang Citron" and other brands of food products in Hong Kong.
